The rules for installing and using HuddlePace in your Slack workspace.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HuddlePace, a Slack application operated by tBeltty ("HuddlePace", "we", "us"). By installing HuddlePace into a Slack workspace, or by using it as a member of a workspace that has installed it, you agree to these Terms. If you are installing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
HuddlePace is a Slack-native meeting timekeeper. It tracks modular, percentage-based agendas inside Slack Huddles and channel threads, posts live progress updates, and generates pacing reports. HuddlePace does not record audio, generate transcripts, or store the content of your conversations.
You need an existing Slack workspace and sufficient Slack permissions to install third-party apps. HuddlePace is installed through Slack's own OAuth v2 "Add to Slack" flow; we never ask for your Slack password directly.

HuddlePace is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid tiers in the future; any such change will be communicated in advance and will not retroactively charge you for prior usage. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or upstream Slack outages may affect functionality from time to time.
HuddlePace, the Vector character, and associated branding are the property of tBeltty. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets beyond what is necessary to use the app as intended. You retain all rights to the agenda content, session names, and other data you input.
HuddlePace operates on top of Slack and is subject to Slack's availability and policies. If you contact support, your request may be handled through the tBelt dashboard, our support ticketing platform. See our Privacy Policy for details on data shared with these services.
HuddlePace is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tBeltty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use HuddlePace.
You may stop using HuddlePace at any time by uninstalling it from your Slack workspace's App Management settings, which immediately revokes our access token. We may suspend or terminate access for workspaces that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may revise these Terms as HuddlePace evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where tBeltty operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law grants you additional rights.
